These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 77cv ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 77cv website located at https://77cv.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and the cashier system. By accessing the 77cv platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the 77cv platform from Bangladesh and from any other jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 77cv platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 77cv makes no representation that the services described herein are legal or available in every jurisdiction.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 77cv, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any requirement at any point is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances acquired through ineligible use.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77cv strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of local age of majority laws.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated accounts, and bot-operated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on 77cv. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute, and you must not access 77cv through any form of IP masking, VPN, or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

2. Account Registration and Security

Account registration on 77cv is free. To create an account, you must provide your Bangladesh mobile number and create a secure password. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. Do not share these with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 77cv support immediately and change your password.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to other persons are strictly prohibited. Your 77cv account is personal to you and non-transferable.
• You must keep your registered mobile number active and accessible. This number is used for account verification and for receiving transaction OTPs.
• 77cv may require additional identity or payment verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions until the process is complete.

77cv reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict an account at any time if it has reason to believe that the information provided during registration is false, incomplete, or misleading, or if any account activity is found to be in breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

77cv processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment channels are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. All transactions must be made using a payment wallet or account that is registered in the player's own name.

77cv does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account that is not registered to the account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

77cv may offer bonuses and promotions to players at its sole discretion. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds. The following general bonus rules apply to all 77cv promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance upon meeting the qualifying deposit and any other conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses do not constitute real money until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins and any winnings derived solely from expired spins are forfeited.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

All players are expected to use the 77cv platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or any contest-format game on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, claim bonuses, or gain advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 77cv platform or in any third-party game. Any winnings obtained through a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes raised against a deposit that was credited to a 77cv account and used for wagering activity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information, using another person's identity or payment method, or attempting to create a second account following an account closure.
• Any conduct that 77cv, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward platform staff, other players, or the integrity of the platform itself.

77cv investigates all suspected violations before taking action. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will forfeit all pending and future bonuses, and account balances accrued through prohibited activity will not be paid out.

6. Game Rules and Results

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Balances associated with prohibited conduct will not be returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 77cv platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, third-party game errors, or payment provider delays.

77cv provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77cv does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. 10. Changes to These Terms

77cv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 77cv platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use after the effective date will be treated as unconditional acceptance.
